The elderly residents in the austerely designed Berkenstede assisted living complex will have a great deal of fun with this bench. The wooden bench filled with geraniums, begonias and other ordinary pot plants creates a cosy sitting place outside one of the entrances to the building. Furthermore a small hothouse was erected in the patio. This can be used to store plants that are not winter proof, and also provides residents with the opportunity to cultivate their own plants.
