The fall of a home for disturbed adolescents in the 1970s. The ‘home’ comprised a floor made of yellow crates with a ping-pong table in the middle. Although the adolescents made a real mess of things, they did try to build something for themselves, also literally with the crates. But, like kids building a sandcastle on the beach, there’s always another kid who comes along and ruins it. In the end, an aggressive resident turned the place upside down. director: Peter de Baan
