2012_VAN GOGH MUSEUM / VINCENT. The Van Gogh Museum in the Hermitage Amsterdam
In Amsterdam Van Gogh's artworks are usually presented in chronological order on light grey walls. In this exhibition they were arranged by theme and each theme was on a different color. The deep main room of the building was reduced in scale by 3 gates. The Sunflowers, one of the museums icons, was behind the last opening. The 22 cabinets on the 1e floor were arranged in colored areas. graphic design: Mariëlle Tolenaar
